But the funniest thing in your question for me is that why do you think that such a cart with a person can fit in a store? Only in the States all stores are huge supermarkets with a parking lot for 1000 cars. In ordinary countries it is a small store on the first floor of a house or in the basement of a house on 70-200 square meters (I don't know how many squirrels that is or whatever you use for measurement)

She had an electric wheelchair when we started working there then moved to always being in a scooter then a bed. Accounting work at a dealership. She was still able to stand and shuffle for short periods. Looked a lot like this.
