The majority of American woman are honestly very attractive and elegant. I personally don't find Japanese women to be very attractive at all so I don't know where to rank them on the scale you've created.
It wouldn't surprise me if the majority of American posters who seethe over how supposedly fat and ugly our women are live in shithole flyover cities where the average female weight is 200lbs. Whenever I drive down to North Carolina to visit relatives I'm always disgusted and amazed by some of the specimens I encounter at gas stations and rest stops. If you live in a nicer northern city with at least one university the chances of meeting pretty, skinny young women is very high.
