The best stuff you can do is all free or near free.
Go to gym for a few years then diet really hard, this is by far the most important thing. Suncream, night cream, finasteride if you're balding. This is all way more effective than plastic surgery.

With all this stuff it can easily go wrong and you get bogged, could be medical complications, it's expensive, painful etc. Just doing what I said is enough for most people to be well above average in terms of attractiveness, if it doesn't get you results you want then fair enough but there are so many people who put no effort in on the important stuff and then act like plastic surgery is the cure all

bimax is just double jaw surgery, its one of the safest surgeries you can do and you recover in a couple of weeks. The guy who i posted got a hair transplant, jaw surgery and a nose job. All 3 simple surgeries and his looks are changed forever.
Also you can get a bimax for free sometimes if you have something like sleep apnea or you have breathing problems since more medical insurance cover them
