Dunno if that counts but yes, we do.
Feux de la Saint-Jean, in my village we would walk with lanterns and traditional clothing. Then we would light a bonfire before taking a small part of it to jump over. As a kid we would toss our homework in the fire sometimes.

If you refer to traditions around the solstice then this highly depends where you live, some communities have festivities others not

it's no really codified I feel like every place has its own take, as long as it features a bonfire I suppose. But it's a remnant for the pagans days.
Like the burning of Mr. Carnival. (this is already not very glamour), gauls would trap people in human effigies and burn them so maybe that's the origin.
