The Japanese have a completely different view of sex than the West. The West thinks sex is doublebadwrong and only a necessary evil. Japan, on the other hand, views sex as basically prostitution first and foremost. It's almost the opposite of the West, as Japan sees sex for the purposes of procreation is almost accidental.

This mostly has to do with the extremely non-confrontational nature of the Japanese. They avoid conflict as much as possible that the thought of talking to their boyfriend or girlfriend to break up is off the table and they just rather cheat.

Most Korean men are just single. Majority of Korean men are not going to other countries for marriage because most Korean men are simply not interested in marriage at all. Usually women are more open to marrying foreigners than men are and Korea is no different in that regard, so I think they would rather be single than marry a foreigner.
