I honestly thing every country should do a guilt campaign targeted towards the family of criminals. something like "you know who in your family sells drugs, steals or worse; but while you try to deny it millions suffer because of your inaction, REPORT THEM. report your family members is a moral duty of every citizen. you failed as a parent but can maybe be a good citizen of the law"

I went to a tiny restaurant in Queens that was either Ecuadorian or El Salvadoran and the food was amazing plus huge portions.
