The thing about larping as central asians is that central asia is already a le 56% ethnic cauldron where even titular ethnicities are rarely genetically cohesive and minorities are numerous. A lot of them have IE haplogroups too, so there's a bit of scythian/sogdian in them which is why some are white-ish looking.
Anatolia itself is a mess, you have greeks, "greeks", armenians, arabs, paleo-anatolians, just a pinch of turkics, kurds, imported balkanoids and maybe a dozen minor ethnicities to top it off. All under the catch-all generic term "Turk".

Every european person today is some mix of neolithic farmers, western hunter gatherers, indo europeans etc. Now there is a case to be made for mixing in countries like brazil and such, but the matter of fact is you have nothing comparable of that scale anywhere in old world, most of the freaks here are made because of dsygenics and inbreeding rather than breeding with such widely different races.
