Low pasteurized milk only lasts for around a week and needs to be in the fridge. UHT milk lasts for like a month and doesn't need to be in the fridge. The former tastes more fresh and milky while the later tastes more sweet and burnt.

I really don't see the point of UHT milk. If you want milk that can be stored out of the fridge for a long period of time, there's always condensed milk.

To drink it directly even mixed, there is no discussion raw is the only choice.
If I use it for cooking uht is fine.
