oh hey yeah, an importang thing to consider is that when "I" am in "control", everything's so fucking effortless - like i'm in sort of zen mode, like i can drive like a pro, i can cook effortlessly, i don't feel any anxiety, i can just go up and talk to folks like i've known 'em for years!
but when "Me" is in control, i'm human all too human... i get scared, i get horny, i need cigarettes, alcohol, etc.
