I recommend it. it’s got a soft-ish texture, and tastes sorta like chicken. Frying it is quite good, though you gotta add a bunch of seasoning to offset the blandness.

This was common before bacon became a meme. it stems from the really old method of wrapping good, expensive cuts in shittier cuts of meat to protect them.
