Cops here exist to ruin people's lives I don't know how to put this nicely. If you are talking to one, they are either trying to fuck you over or to waste your time by making you show up to court over nothing.
They don't do anything about crime or violence and they have zero obligation to protect anyone and their training centers around self preservation over anything else. They are just a way for the city to make money. Their unions and politicians work together to overtax people and do nothing.
Cops over there are trustworthy but not here. Look up Daniel Shaver and what happened to his murderer.
