I am mixed race, about 50% African (Ghana) and about 50% Western European.

If you look closely, I have two different colored eyes.

In college football i played both sides of the ball, I was the only all conference player to lead the team in sacs and touchdowns.

My whole life has been an integration of polarities.
.
I bring opposites together, and see the wholeness in things.

So when I went from the extreme of being a professional strongman to focusing strictly on Yoga, I knew I was just being me.

But from the outside it looked like Elliott was changing.
.
I truly believe that mastery in the new world consists of bringing together seeming opposites.
