I was thinking maybe it's nepotism, but in reality it's just that a lot of white grads either go for engineering or finance, but many are just terminally online. I had a facepalm cringe when one white dude bragged about how the company should hire him despite his awful CV because he's willing to learn things, and since he's white, he will be more competent than the rest of the workers as long as the incentive is right.
The White techbros are very professional, friendly and engaging, though.
