First gen is low on crime (except like afghans chechens and recently nigerians), its the second/3rd/4th gen that score highly on crime because they're citizens and are not in fear of the law treating them "unfairly" (police is still hugely racist)


As for deportation, first you cant deport citizens, you cant remove their citizenships either

And for illegals deportation is close to impossible if their home country refuse to take them back in, they wont even let our planes if they do that + you cant send back illegals in warzones like Sudan or Afghanistant
