If I just say, "I'm Jewish", can I be Israeli or is it more than that? I heard there's a genetic testing they perform to prove you're Jewish. People say I look Jewish too for some reason even tho I'm blonde. Are there blonde Jews btw?

Halakhah says you’re Jewish if you have an unbroken matrilineal line. The Israeli law is usually a but more lax than that.
