I think Swedes. They are absolutely everywhere. They have an internet culture and do a lot of niche things etcetra, You find them in every corner of the Internet.

I feel like being here gives one the wrong impression. Finns are a lot on 4chan and create memes and stuff so it feels like they are more on the internet but i think Swedes are more terminally online
