We worship the one God. Muhammad is one of his prophets. Jesus and Moses are some of the other major Prophets. There are 25 major prophets and 124,000 minor prophets. The latter were spread all around the world. Muhammad was the last Prophet in terms of birth, but Jesus (who wasn't killed) will return one day. Arabic is the holy language because we saw what happened when the Bible was translated multiple times. Each time it was translated, some meaning was inadvertantly or purposely modified. Islam is not ethnocentric. E.g., Islam says cover your privates. It doesn't say how. If your culture and climate says using loincloth is appropriate, then it is fine. Most of Islamic Law deals with universal issues; crimes, marriage, divorce, trade, contracts, governance, nothing specifically Arabic.
