Human relationships have been reformed along market doctrines, hence the term "dating market". Because of it, people have higher and often unrealistic demand and simply wouldn't settle for less.

Chinese divorce rates are very high. I've heard that the chinese don't make good partners. I've heard wonderful things from guys with korean or japanese wives and girlfriends, not so for chinese.

Iirc, statistically as a western white man your chance of divorce when marrying a korean woman is something like 18%, but 60%+ when marrying a chinese woman

nowadays chinese women can earn enough money as men so they don't have a pressure to marry
there's other stuff too like women cant marry before they're 20, but considered leftover before they're 30, there's an expectation for all of their parents to approve of the wedding and this usually involves both parties paying a dowry to the others parents

Chinese women's expectations are too high. You have to have a good job, a house and a car, plus you usually have to pay the bride $100,000 on top of that for marrying you.

it's more complicated than that because ideally they take that 100k and then split it up with the brides guests at the wedding and they're all expected to give a big gift so it's kind of like a bond that shows you have money that ends up being returned and everyone on the brides side gets to keep face

Divorce rate in Korea is about the same as America. 50%. I've never dated a Chinese girl but I can tell you with confidence that Korean women are almost identical to Western whores, but they are more deceptive so in a way I find them even less trustworthy. I would not recommend dating a Korean women if your goal is to get married and stay married. My friend also married a Korean girl and got divorced in less than a year.
