no, it's pretty rare. in my canton, you need to be a) the owner of the real estate you live in and b) you need a county permit and if you live in an apartment building you need a permit from each one of your neighbors. if one party objects to it (which is practically always the case because there's always at least one green asshole/boomer present), you can fuck yourself.
