No. Russian troops are skilled after 3+ years of such combat. With the drone warfare and overall warfare in this war being set a new high, new meta. Europe stands no chance if Ukraine falls.
And it's not because I am Ukrainian, it's just a common sense. European armies as of now stand no chance without proper equipment(unreal numbers required), proper fighting experience and so on. In this war russia and Ukraine went so much far than any of the current armies, not even talking about the European ones.

But yes it would most likely be a very hard and bloody adaption, our infantry and ground forces would probably get fucked up badly if there was a confrontation in the Baltics.
