i'm 29 too and everyone my age or younger around me has done or is doing something significant already. Getting married, opening own businesses, buying cars, houses, travelling the world...or at the very least having jobs that pay well, much better than my minimum one. I have no redeeming quality and am stuck in this shithole of a country i dont feel like i can make it before my parents getting old and retire

No, because you don't have to bankrupt yourself to change directions in life. I have colleagues that started their education in their early 40s even.

I'm 29 and I'm getting my life together right now
>started working
>started exercising
>trying to improve my social skills through my work, both with coworkers and with customers
>making progress with my hobbies
I've fallen so far behind everyone else and have reached such dramatic lows that I don't even compare my current process to where I 'could' have been, any movement, any progress is like taking a step on the moon for me
I don't care where I end up so long as I don't end up where I just was. There's a 99% chance that society will see me as a loser no matter what I do but so long as I don't revert back to my former ways it's ok

think it's late for hedonism (banging a bunch of hot chicks partying etc) but not late for a good life (getting married etc)

It's not the same age range but I went from complete and utter loser even by 4chan standards to extreme success between 16 and 26. I think people underestimate how much is possible they actually try.

Just do it. No adult sits around waiting for approval. At 29 you should be an adult - if you're healthy and mentally developed.
