I would understand a word here and there of english and swedish since our everyday vocab borrows from them. Hard to estimate in a vacuum since we learn both at school anyway.
Slightly more so with Dutch since we're related languages.
About 10-20% of Estonian and similar random tiny dying languages in western russia
