>>212164303 (OP)Not even munster even though I'm in Alsace, it's only really good if it ages at room temperature for several days and it's hard not letting it get infested with maggots. Munster is an excellent cheese, its smell is not even bad, it tastes fruity with notes of hazelnut, it's fucking great, but it's a fragile cheese.
I tend to eat a lot of OG Normandy camembert. I always find the ones that are aged to perfection.
I use a lot of cancoillotte in my sandwiches or omelets. Even though it's just cheese paste, it's the cheese with the less amount of fat. Not to say it's healthy but I prefer cancoillotte in my sandwiches rather than butter.
And of course conté is based. I don't even like it super old, right in the middle is perfect.
Other than that I eat plenty of obscure cheeses. I can never find good enough roquefort. I enjoy feta. I enjoy all sorts of goat and sheep cheeses (mostly goat). Yeah.
I can't tell which one I eat the most often.
