How many days of paid leave do you get IYC? We get 21
>>212168054 (OP)In my country when they let you leave it means you're fired
it depends on the kind of contract really
personally i get 20 days a year + 13 days worth of hours of leave (which can also be used as vacation days), so 33 days a year in total
but other national contracts arent as good and also good luck using them all in my line of business lmao
>>212168054 (OP)41 paid days is the absolute minimum for any job but most people get more.
I have a total of 7 weeks paid each year.
>>212168289does that include saturdays and sundays?
>>212168403Yes all days are paid during vacation.
We also get paid extra during our vacation.
I used to have a job in a bank and we had 45 days off, now I have 35
It depends on the contract. Last job I had I got 24 days. Plus there are a number of state holidays. Sometimes, though, a lot of them fall on saturdays and sundays, and then they're basically "lost" as you'd have those days off anyway.
>>212168054 (OP)I have 26 because i'm working a real job and not some student part time shit without proper papers
>>212168054 (OP)I get 44 paid days that I split between summer and winter.
It's not like our bosses will ever let any of us use our paid off days. At least mine throws a hissy fit every time I bring it up.
>>212169024sweden gets so much better conditions than the rest of the world yet swede NEETs seem to be common in /int/
>>212168635I work a full time manual job and work every other weekend (the entire week-end). Still get a minimum of 35 days. Part time students here get way more.
>>212172118It’s because this is a board for the mentally insane, our general is the shining example of that
>>212168289do these 41 days also count weekends or only working days?
>>212172799Have you ever worked in your life? Wtf is this childish question.
