Sometimes I wish I'd been born Jewish, Asian, or Indian. The educational system in Mexico leaves much to be desired. Most people here are obsessed with earning a living through physical labor and consider complex hobbies pointless; nothing beats the money to be made hauling concrete or any other manual labor.

Asians, Jews, and Indians are leading the way for humanity to reach the next level. I wish I were one of them, but it's lonely being the only Mexican NEET math student in my class. The average Mexican is content with outside recognition, not actual skill acquisition, and as long as they get paid for it, it's good enough. That's why no Mexican will ever be able to get further than any other modernized country, except for food. (which isn't really Mexican food, but a gastronomic culture inherited by the indigenous people and the Spanish from two centuries ago).

Dude, you're from Israel. Just walk into any international university, and you'll bump into a bunch of Jews from your different nationalites diving into fascinating subjects, real knowledge, connecting over shared experiences and challenges. The average Mexican doesn't quite have that scene, and being the odd one out can feel incredibly isolating.
