>2 random schizos in California start frivolous lawsuit
>Journalist mails some fish sandwiches to a seafood penis measuring lab
>Sandwich penises measured
>Seafood penis expert says "it's either some other type of fish or the process of shredding and cooking the tuna fucked up the dna and made it unamplifiable"
>Other sandwich merchants mention it would be retarded to replace tuna because it is among the cheapest fish
that's it. that's the story. i read it so you don't have to. op is a gay man.

Probably just some other fish that Subway cheap out on. Not that the FDA isn't going to bring down hellfire for Subway lying here, but if they genuinely did serve some ACTUAL mystery meat, the chain would go bankrupt or at the very least, massively fined and probably return to pre-business numbers after a decade—if they were lucky.

Very likely "dory" which is actually not the dory ocean fish, but a type of vietnamese freshwater catfish.

It's not mutt. They just used a cheap fish instead. Fish restaurants do the same and also steak houses.
