No, she's asking whether she's parda.
Pardo =/= mixed-race. "Pardo" literally means "brown".
A "castizo" (e.g. Chuck Norris, Nick Fuentes, Elvis Presley, Johnny Depp) is mixed-race but not pardo.

A Brazilian "pardo" is someone who has noticeable amounts of Amerindian and/or black heritage mixed with (usually) Portuguese. We don't have the "one drop rule", so the amount of ancestry matters. No Brazilian would consider Chuck Norris a "pardo" or "caboclo", even though, by the one-drop rule, he is (he has Amerindian ancestry).
That woman seems to be some kind of castiza (therefore white by BR standards), maybe 70-80% European. I don't know. I'm not a walking genetic test.
