Paris has been intensively browned and blacked for at least two centuries right? It's one of the most important international cities in the world, alongside New York, Moscow, ... But there's a chance in my opinion you didn't really experience the population of Paris but rather the population at the periphery of Paris that went to Paris, which is easily 90% non-white (for bad reasons).

the places I went in Germany were all 90%+ white.
100% of my negative experiences were with arabs though. The germans were pleasant and civil, the arabs acted like animals. I presume every dickhead german flag on this site is arab until proven otherwise.
