That's blatantly untrue, even in sports Russians are still stronger in heavy/superheavy weights than caucasians (I don't even talk about other types of churkas who are not actually strong at all). And in a regular life/on the street it's also opposite, churkas almost never fight honestly one on one. Even with that their fighting sport obsession they still often loose and need mafia/government support to fight against regular Russians.

What difference? Anyway if you live in the vast wasteland that is known as Russia, you have to be at least somewhat tough due to temperature, lacking infrastructure, gopniks, muslim immigrants, institutionalized crime and rape everywhere including military. Gotta give them that.
