the government is seething about how easy it is to access porn sites and is doing some retard cat and mouse play with owners of porn websites. like what happened with xhamster. took the government years to find out, where the servers are located and put a lot of pressure to the owners. they shut of the access for german users, but some months later, they simply moved the servers, german user can easily access them again and the cycle continues from new.
this entire thing is fucking stupid and a waste of money.
