No it's built in 2002, top floors are two apartments glued in to one with a fireplace as per the chimneys on the side. It was built by Kamintra which was just a privatised former soviet construction bureau, went bankrupt during the financial crisis. So bitch please sit down and listen.

I think 3 or 4 of those wooden (they're actually brick, wood siding) houses have been demolished since, with new builds taking their place. I don't know the current prices, but I remember the top floor of that blue house being listed ~2020 for couple thousand euros, but you would've had to spend ten times that to fix it up to a liveable standard.
