If its has an elevator and is not the size of a a shoebox I dont have an issue.
BUT, I play around with power tools in my room and Im guessing that place has thin walls and neighbors with very low tolerance to noise.

How many square meters is it? I've been in 150+ square meter commieblock apartments in China. They are big but it is a headache to get in and out of your house.
