Balkan countries are top 10 in the world if you are super rich, there is just no competition. Serbs will treat you much better and go out of their way to support you if you have money vs if you don't, I'm sure it's the same in all ex yu. Besides that a lot of our local culture boils down to venerating pre 1945 notables and industrialists as well.
