Worst part with pizza chains is they will have a delivery fee already added and then say you should still add a tip. Like $10 extra with fee and tip at that point I just go into the store and get it myself

When I travel from where I live normally for work (at my job) I don't usually ever tip unless the service had been really exceptionally good. And I always just leave a couple ones on the table. It takes the same amount of energy to deliver a $5 steak as it does a $500 one and it isn't like the server cooked it anyway. So I don't see why my tip should scale with the price of the meal. If the restaurants would let you I would go bring my food & refreshments to my table for myself. It isn't a difficult task.

It depends how much I like them. There's a barista at the local coffee place and I tip her 20%. There's also a guy that runs a Jamaican food truck and I've been going there for years, he's pretty cool so I always give him a good tip. Everyone else gets 15%, although I generally only give a place repeat business if I like the people serving me.

Zero in most places. Upmarket restaurants might charge a 10% service charge but that is fixed and mentioned up front. We have a minimum wage too. Tipping is only seen in 5 star hotels and even there it is not expected, though if you do it, the staff will take the money.
