Honestly, I wouldn't say so. There activities almost non-stop. I wish I could visit them more, I've enjoyed some such as bio-sugestive therapy or whatever it was called. I'd do more of them, it's just I don't have time for it at all because I go at 10 a.m. and come back at 3 p.m. at best. Before I used to roam the streets of Kyiv so I'd come back at 8 p.m. or so.
The spine center takes all the time t b h. The exercises, massages, needles, etc.

But I must admit it's a good thing that I go from there every day, because otherwise I'd have to eat the slop they serve here, which is absolutely awful. Tired of McDonalds however.

You never had good coffee unless you had one from a Bialetti machine. Not even an espresso can compete.
How the machine works is there's a bottom reservoir filled with water, a middle part where you put the ground coffee with a tube that goes into the reservoir, and the top part with another tube from where the coffee flows. You heat up the water slowly that boils up the middle-part tube, it slowly brews the coffee, and when the heat is enough it runs inside the top tube and fills up the top part. Then you can pour your coffee. And coffee stronk. It's not even brewed coffee like percolated coffee, it's coffee vapour, super smooth and flavour-rich.

But yeah I had a period where I only drank black tea because I had a gastritis. It was flavoured black tea with ginger, guarana and ginseng. Tea stronk.

Well the French press still makes it not concentrated enough and there's too much room for a mistake. I'm not so patriotic that I will defend it over the Bialetti. Italy beats France in terms of coffee.
