The split between migrant shithole and safe haven is very much an urban-rural split, like almost anywhere else. As such, the sparsely populated massif central is probably the nicest overall region in France if a lack of undesirables is important to you.

France is much more niggerized than it is muslim-ridden, unfortunately. The Spanish migration almost solely came from refugees from the civil war in the 1930s. Portuguese migrants are recent economic migrants from the late 50s to the 70s, they are the largest group and also pretty much the only group to have maintained their identity instead of fading within the population, I suppose due to the sheer number. Not sure about that. Many parts of Eastern Europe were multi-ethnic. Poles living next door to Ukrainians with some Germans in between, etc. This was actual settlement migration. Italy is very weak for jobs, services, opportunities, but the Italian towns are beautiful, the people are nice and the food, the weather, etc. are all very good.

Germany may be more boring and grey and the people can be annoying but everything works better, you earn more money, there are more kindergartens and other services.

Id say Italy wins in most categories except for employment and money. Beautiful countryside, good cuisine, nice people, historical architecture, still a lot of migrant but at least less than the others i think. If they had a functioning economy I would declare them the winner. But with their economic situation, I really dont know. Depends on what you are looking for. For employment Germany might be the best
