Is the sudden emergence of mystery Indian restaurants a natural phenomenon worldwide?
I live in a town of 50k population and the grocery store I used to frequent went out of business and was replaced by an Indian restaurant like the pic

most of such Indian restaurants are run and owned by Nepali or Bengali in my country though.

It's just in Tokyo though right? I can't imagine that many Jeets manage to pass fluency enough to work anywhere but there. They're a money focused people so they'd likely only go to Japan if other options failed, and learning the language seems a bit out there for that.
