in some regards I do, I can run 15-20km in one go and bench press 90 kg
in some regards I don't, I drink and eat whatever I want and my sleep schedule is the complete opposite of normal

No, I'm a junkie, alcoholic, eat terribly, don't exercise, sleep little, and don't go outside often. And yet I look very young, and I'm always solidly above average on health metric when I check my checkups. It's all genetics, nothing else matters.
