I have it too. Not as bad as vidrel but enough to make it snow whenever I scratch my head. I use steroid creams to limit the damage but it still sucks.

Yeah, it was hell, luckily I got better now, and it's mostly on my legs now.

I used to bleed all over my body after a shower because the skin would get wet, then get dry and crack open, which would tear open the tissue underneath the plaque. It was hell.

I have seborrheic dermatitis and I want to rip my skin off even though zinc pyrithione shampoo keeps it well under control for me. Still, it's so fucking bullshit it affects the face and ears too, I remain clean shaven partly just so I don't have to deal with it in a beard.

I used to have a very mild form of this (dandruff) after using really cheap shampoo. If you have it you can alleviate it by using vinegar and baking soda on your scalp

Are dandruffs, seborrheic dermatitis and prosiasis the same? I also have bad dandruffs, sometimes flaky scalps, but not as bad as psoriasis.

Dandruff and seborrheic are both caused by types of fungi, but the latter isn't restricted to the scalp. Psoriasis is autoimmune iirc.

I used to have it pretty bad when I was a kid, but it mostly went away when I hit adulthood. I don't know what did it. Could've been less stress, could've been an improved diet, could've been regular exercise. All those things happened at around the same time for me, so it's difficult to pinpoint. That said, I do get some occasional splotches here and there, but they're very small. I'm talking like the diameter of a pencil - max. I have a cream that gets rid of them pretty easily.

not psoriasis but I have seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp which used to be hell. my scalp would become incredibly inflamed and itchy especially when sweating or doing sports and whatnot. i had it for the longest time but thankfully i got on nizoral then switched to head & shoulders and it's never bothered me since. though I did notice it came back when i tried to use a different shampoo so i have to use H&S forever i guess lol

I get it pretty bad anywhere where clothing is too abrasive. Like my collar, waistband, the stretchy part of socks on my ankles and also behind and in my ears..

I had it really bad when my life was a mess and I was drinking pretty much daily. Not on my scalp but all over my feet, legs and arms. Went away in about a month after I stopped drinking.
