Tbh I think my boss's retarded policy is to blame: we get paid by hour for doing office work, and such system absolutely does not incentivize productivity. I could do what I do in a day in an hour but then I would run out of things to do and have to clock out early and get paid less. Hourly wage only makes sense on jobs where there is no such thing as personal productivity and where you just need to be around

use the time to learn another skill, thats what i did, work done in 2-3h and then i work on myself

My contract was sent to me as a text in skype message, not even a file but literally message text
I have somewhat enough money but still it would suck not to get my pay

Personally it wouldn't be a big loss if I get fired now because the boss is a demented retard who makes things up and tries to hold me responsible for things I'm not responsible for
But still it would suck to not have my June pay

The day ended and I still have no idea if I'm in or out and where's money
