>>212338838 (OP)france has been a republic since 154 years why is this necessary now
>>212338838 (OP)Sounds like they're protecting France from becoming Muslim like UK
>>212340161I'm guessing muslims wanting an islamic republic or caliphate.
Why is this bad? free speech doesn't exist anyway in yuropoorland, so why not do it well and use it against the bad people in society? e.g. communists, islamists, etc.
>>212340237Buddy their government is literally made up by communists who are flooding France and Britain with Islamists
As a communist that's depressing to read

When Marine le Pen eventually wins and manages to make everything far, far worse and not even control immigration to any appreciable degree you will realise the mistake you've made
>>212338838 (OP)Our 1988 constitution already has this.
Why is France so backwards?
>>212338838 (OP)Wtf these are Britain tier laws
>>212340582Don't you literally have the same laws?
>>212338838 (OP)That's based. It protects against the encroaching Muslim horses and keeps them out of power
>>212340682>protects against the encroaching Muslim horses and keeps them out of powerWow, if only they had something done useful like keeping them out of their country.
>>212338838 (OP)>indivisible nature of the RepublicWho mandated/insisted that it was always indivisible?
>>212338838 (OP)is this macaroon's fault? i heard on the news that their government recently tried to block access to pornhub but was stopped by the courts
now it looks like ivpiter is trying to slip into a completely asiatic despotism without even hiding it
>>212340771It's a cringe attempt at halting the left and right's attacks against his center right government
It's not going to work
>>212340649Nah, we have some laws against saluting Hitler and glorifying the nazis, but unless you're famous and doing it in public, or decking out your entire basement in memorabilia, they don't care. No one gets arrested for a cheeky Heil
>>212340896Ah it seems that in Germany the law on Freiheitliche demokratische Grundordnung is only about explicit calls to actions/trying to organise a political party/revolutionary group
If the OP post is true then it goes a bit further in prohibiting merely publishing that material
Makes sense. Secularism and liberalism are positive dogmatic constructs that need to be defended by force of arms, not any kind of human default setting. It certainly smacks of hypocrisy in light of the republican rhetoric about liberty and self-determination, but every regime bounds those things in some way. Honestly, it’s refreshing to see a modern state go mask off like this. Modern liberal democracies are radical, violent revolutionary bodies, and more people need to remember it.
Looking at the people responsible for this it seems to mostly come from the center right republican party and some minor far right parties
I'm too lazy to check all the names but I checked 10 and I didn't see anyone in the current ruling coalition but maybe there are

>>212341074>Ah it seems that in Germany the law on Freiheitliche demokratische Grundordnung is only about explicit calls to actions/trying to organise a political party/revolutionary groupWhat did happen with the ravioli coup?
>>212338838 (OP)this would be based if it was used by nationalist french judges and politicians to purge leftists , communists and muslims but instead it's going to be used by leftist and communist and muslim judges to purge and marginalise nationalistic Frenchmen.
