it's not a conspiracy, it's a proud fact. Their government and business elite have been mostly ashkenazi. Not entirely, but disproportionally.
Incidentally an ashkenazi with a mizrahi mentality (netanyahu) is attempting to dismantle one of the primary ashkenazi mechanisms of political control, the judiciary, which is quite powerful in their country as it's not bound by any constitution or bill of rights, and it is causing a stir.
