The pollution and horrible behavior of the public makes India seem like hell on earth, even if it's a "democracy".

From the moment you set foot on that country, you are harassed by locals. Taxi drivers gather around you and literally stalk you. Cities are full of trash and stray animals. You can see people urinating in public into open drains. 90 percent of people look like they haven't bathed in a months. The air is very polluted and dusty.

Why don't Indians ever wake up and think what the fuck is wrong with this country?

Here's an important chart between India and Vietnam. As a corollary, Vietnam's GDP per capita is now signifanctly higher than India's and surpassed India in 2006.
