Only some americans believe in cultural appropriation. I can assure you nobody in the world gives a fuck if koreans or japanese have dreadlocks. I've seen plenty of dreads in my white country and nobody talks about cultural appropriation. The thing about america is they are all extremely racist, even the progressive left so they take offense at people stepping out of their "race".
