I use English at work, Italian at home and I chat every day for 2 hours in Russian with my girlfriend

by exposing yourself to them. tv, radio/podcasts in the background, youtube, rss, setting your devices like your phone to your target language, whatever works really.

I maintain my English language skills by listening to music and browsing 4chan
