Why are Bhartiye mocked for eating with hand but other browns like Arabs and Latinos are not?

Do latinos eat with their hands?
I thought they used silverware like civilized people.

The only people we really hate are Islamists from the subcontinent and the people in the Chinese government. Indians don't have strong feelings toward any other people except maybe positivity toward Tibetans, the Bhutanese, and the Afghans.
