That seems kind of weird to me, if that's all there was to it. The only people who bullied me, or tried to, were outcast types from the wrong side of the tracks, with abusive parents, In my own neighborhood there was no such thing as bullying, at least as far as I noticed.

I'm a ginger man and grew up in Kentucky where there's lots of gingers. So it wasn't special or viewed strangely. Some women have a thing for gingers, which helped my loser ass get a girl when I was younger. Old black ladies will always say nice things about your hair. They are very sweet. There's school yard insults from men when young but its never actually bad blooded, just typical joshing.
