In my country too much is allowed for all kinds of goofs and spoiled kids, so I am a victim who is capable of killing my offenders. It's a pity that the authorities are dishonest and that issues can't be resolved through one-on-one confrontation or legal methods. Instead, groups of uniformed cowards attack citizens.
