I used to unironically have to buy 4xl clothes at places like DXL (for fatties). Im 6'4 and was 300lbs.
Yesterday I went to Kohls to do an Amazon return and snagged a 2X hoodie I liked, after having lost 40lbs.
I felt so good.

i was 134, i lost 8 lbs after eating some fruits from india completely empty my bowls, i have little appetite for the last week
