Hi, I keep constantly hearing guys on here seething about muh work muh work.
Is there anybody who likes working here?
I am a security guard and its a low class job but I do like it as it is just walking and listening to audiobooks, or watching cameras and listening to audiobooks, with a couple times where I have to talk to some crackhead to keep away from the non allowed areas.
I work doubles all week besides one day where I work a single and I have a day off.
I genuinely dont know what to do with my time on my day off, I used to be a neet and work has honestly become fun routine like I was a neet and I get to make money at the end of the week.
What does /int/ do as a job, what does it entail and do you enjoy it?

That is cool, I regret not joining the military as an officer, I always wanted to be a general or something but my parents never allowed me and I could not join without their permission.
Hope you have fun and once you leave the military get some nice jobs with your sec clearance.

Our gibs are pretty low here anon so that isnt an option for me plus right now I take home about 9-10 times what I would get in gibs.
I had a different sec guard job in a hospital and that was pure hell, but it gave me the exp for this cozy position and also money to be able to get a car.
Will go to school next year for something in healthcare so I can make actual money though.

I get about 1,100 eurodollars each month in neetbux. Working full-time, 40 hours per week at minimum wage, would net you about 1,600 after tax.

I don't really see the point.

Freedom means being free to do whatever you want and without money you cannot do whatever you want whenever you want.
Personally I know I would waste this time on videogames/tv shows or fantasy books but I would rather have the money, plus I have a goal in mind which working this job is going to help me directly achieve it so that helps a lot motivation wise.

Look up the syllabus of the courses you will study, dedicate at least an hour of your time to studying the material from which the syllabus is going to be taught from and learn the concepts that the syllabus has seperated into each week. Just get in this habit and learn how to take notes and by the time you get ready for school you will be ahead of all your peers and doing well.

No one here takes their jobs that seriously and if they do people will generally think you are a tosser. It’s rude here to ask what people do for a job as a first question but something Americans always do.

Well maybe in third world NZ and for jobs that are meaningless, but I'm quite proud of my job as a stockman. I literally put the beef on the table and I get to ride a two-wheeler around too.
Might get myself a chopper or airplane pilot's license and do aerial mustering in the future.

Yeah you do have a point about workers rights, but unions do exist and are very powerful in the US, it is just that our unions are corrupt and often support bad politics that devalue labour like supporting massimmigration and other retarded shit.
Thought the whole union hate is dying down roughly every statistic and every person I talk to that does blue collar shit know unions are good and wants to get in one, its just that unions are nepotistic as fuck and only hire each other.
I think we will probably get better laws in the future regarding workers since the democrats are going to win big in the mid terms and trump has made the republicans a social pariah after he is gone this country thankfully is going the leftist route and hopefully it doesnt end up in neolib zionist hands and the socialist people win.

The ute I was driving in this picture does belong in a Mad Max set, just absolutely beaten to shit with a broken odometer (i.e we have no idea how many KMS she has by now) but still runs like a champ. The hood has to be kept shut by a gooseneck strap, the bearings on the left front wheel are leaking fluid, the brakes are dodgy and I slammed it into a Steer while driving on 5th gear one time. I trust her with my life.
God bless those Japers at Toyota.

I wish we hadnt fucked the japs with tariffs right now we would have so many more better cheap models instead of the shitty overprice "american" cars that are american in name only as they build them all in mexico. You'd think with all the money they save on outsourcing shit their cars would be cheap but no.

I did hospital security before I got this job.
I was living in the city when I did the hospital security that was real hell and bullshit but I persevered, this job I got by directly calling the companies and just telling them I will be moving to this area soon I need something that I can do as many hours as humanly possible and they gave it to me.
They are rare but even the harder posts honestly aint that bad. I would never do malls and hospitals personally as its just too stressful and I hate dealing with people. I am also sugarcoating my current job a bit as I still have to do inspections and patrols and keep a check on entries.
